Shipping Information

Order are shipped within 3 business days of receipt. We ship standard service to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship to P.O. boxes, US Virgin Islands, and most military addresses.  For international orders, email hello@winkpuzzles.com to inquire.

Shipping rates vary by weight and location.

Return Policy

Wink Puzzles accepts returns of unopened products up to 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Any shipping charges applied to the original order will not be refunded. Products must be returned in the original packaging — inclusive of any exterior shrink wrap in its original condition — and have no visible signs of wear or use. Puzzles pieces must be in the unopened plastic bag. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned product(s) have been received. Wink Puzzles does not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.

To notify us of your return and receive a return authorization number to include with your returned product, please email hello@winkpuzzles.com and provide the email address used to place your order and your order number.  We will provide a RA# (return authorization number) to be written on the outside of the box being returned. Any returns received without a corresponding RA# may be subject to delayed or unprocessed returns. Customer is responsible for shipping on returned packages.
